Course Description

In this course, we explore the bold, unconventional world of 1920s Paris with the French Dada movement! Born as a creative revolt against traditional rules, Dada introduced a new way of thinking about art and presented these philosophies through collages, poetry, and found objects. In this course, we will explore the works of Marcel Duchamp, Francis Picabia, and others while building your vocabulary and practicing conversational skills in gentle, deliberate French. This course includes the François French helper app.
